UPDATED 2/23/2004: Now also looks at the "Outside x-rays received" Form to get the absolute latest x-rays we have. UPDATED 10-11-2004: Now you are prompted to select a single hygienist, or get all appointments for all hygienists (which is the behavior up until now).
